Sourcing qualified officers and ratings, reviewing experience and references, and conducting interviews and agreed candidate assessments, including Marlins or CES where required.

Checking STCW qualifications, medical fitness certificates, flag endorsements and relevant identification or travel documents before assignment.

Contracts

Preparing seafarer employment agreements, coordinating contract amendments where required, and handling related employment documentation in line with client requirements.

Medical & Pre-Joining

Coordinating pre-employment medical examinations, drug and alcohol testing, required vaccinations and other health documentation where applicable.

Travel & Crew Changes

Arranging visas, flights and joining or repatriation travel, coordinating with port agents and preparing documentation for embarkation and disembarkation.

Payroll & Allotments

Preparing crew payroll calculations and home allotment schedules based on agreed employment terms and client-provided information.

Across our agreed crewing activities, we work to ensure compliance with applicable requirements of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006), as amended, and relevant flag-state and national regulations.
